Chris has enjoyed a rewarding career as a Human Resources executive, working primarily in technology companies in Silicon Valley. Chris started out at Intel where she held a variety of positions during a time of explosive growth.  Other corporate experience included Computervision Corp, Veritas Software, Xilinx, Inc., and Tabula, Inc.

In addition to being an executive in large, small and start-up companies, Chris has run her own consulting business for 10 years. She has engaged with a diverse cross-section of senior management teams in a variety of tech industries.  The focus of her business is providing coaching and consulting expertise for boards, executives and other senior leaders.

Chris has enjoyed a rewarding career as a Human Resources executive, working primarily in technology companies in Silicon Valley. Chris started out at Intel where she held a variety of positions during a time of explosive growth. Other corporate experience included Computervision Corp, VeritasSoftware, Xilinx, Inc., and Tabula, Inc. In her various executive and consulting roles, Chris has collaborated with and coached executive and senior management teams to develop their leadership skills, and to create company cultures that have produced high levels of achievement. 

She was an executive at several companies holding the position of Vice President, Human Resources.  During her tenure at Xilinx, Inc., Chris and her team lead the company through an innovative process for identifying and reinforcing desirable attributes and values that served as underpinnings for a strong culture, earning the company notoriety being placed in the top 15 of Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For feature, for 5 consecutive years.  

Chris has always built meaningful relationships with business leaders including consultation on organizational issues, and coaching leaders in their own development. Having been a senior leader, and worked as a team member with many others, she has the unique perspective of having been in their shoes.

In addition to being an executive in large, small and start-up companies, Chris has run her own consulting business for 10 years. Chris obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from the University of Santa Clara.  She currently serves on the Board of Fellows at Santa Clara.◆
